Shopify Rebuild Giveaway Terms
The offer
Ataria Media is giving one winning store a Shopify store rebuild worth $20,000. Only 15 entry slots are available during each weekly giveaway period. There is no cost to enter and no purchase is necessary. Everyone who enters also gets a free Store Scorecard.
How to enter
- Complete the Store Check form on the giveaway page with accurate and complete information.
- Entries are accepted only while entry slots are available in the current weekly giveaway period.
- By submitting the form, you confirm you agree to these Terms, the giveaway rules and to receive emails about your Scorecard and this giveaway.
Winner selection and announcement
- One winner is chosen from the valid entries received during the giveaway period.
- The winner is announced by email to the address provided on the entry form.
- If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within a reasonable time, we may choose another winner.
The prize
- The prize is a Shopify store rebuild by Ataria Media, valued at $20,000.
- The prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another person or business.
- Ongoing costs such as your Shopify plan, apps, domain, products, content and advertising are not included unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
Store Scorecard and runner-up offer
Every valid entry receives a free Store Scorecard. Entrants who do not win may receive our runner-up offer. Receiving the Scorecard or the runner-up offer does not oblige you to buy anything.
Eligibility and disqualification
You must be the owner of, or authorised to act for, the store you enter. We may disqualify any entry that is false, duplicated, automated or submitted in breach of these Terms. Where the law restricts or prohibits giveaways, the giveaway is void.
Changes to the giveaway
We may change, suspend or end the giveaway at any time if it cannot run as planned, for example because of fraud, technical problems or other events outside our control.

We use the information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
